Hi Everyone! I am Heather Sargeant! Here are some things to know about me... I am 23 years old, I am a wife, a mother, a homemaker, and an aspiring business woman, a LDS woman, a daughter and a friend. I love to do EVERYTHING, from staying home with my babies, to cooking, to going on dates with my husband, to scrap-booking, sewing and then we come full circle to being lazy! I do not think that I know one person who does not like to be lazy at least sometimes. I guess sometimes I might take it a little too far, but who's perfect?! :) I love sports, being outdoors, going on vacation, playing with my boys!, watching TV, movies, at home and in the theater, and EATING!!! oh boy! Do I LOVE Eating :) I love photography, I love being artsy.

And now this topic deserves its own paragraph. One of the things I love most in this life is the Gospel. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and I am VERY proud of it. I know that my faith is what has shaped me in the person I am today. A woman that always tries to do her best, not only for myself but for my family, my ETERNAL Family. I am so blessed to have my wonderful, tough, supportive, loyal, HONEST, hardworking, gorgeous husband. I love my babies more than life itself and am so happy to know that I have ETERNAL life to look forward to with my whole family. I know that we are guided by a True and Living PROPHET on this earth today and that no matter WHAT! The Lord will ALWAYS be there to comfort us. I do not where I would be without the Gospel today. I love it.

Now a little about how I got here... I was born April 14, 1988 and raised in Orange County, CA. I attended Esperanza High  School, where I played Varsity soccer and volleyball, and graduated in 2006. I then attended BYU for 2 years before moving home and meeting the LOVE of my Life, Adam.

I met Adam at a church sports activity. We were playing indoor soccer (of course) and within a week he had asked me out. Despite seeing the worst movie known to man (10,000 BC) on our first date, it was LITERALLY the most perfect date. Not that it was fancy or expensive or unique but we just fit. We TALKED the WHOLE night, no awkwardness, it was like we had been best friends for a long time. And from there it is history...If you know us then I am sure you have heard the story of me breaking up with Adam 3 different times! but Alas, it worked and we are so happy together.

We wasted NO time in getting pregnant, i believe it was 4 months! We did not plan for it but were SOO happy when we found out. I gave birth to our first son, Ethan Michael Sargeant, on January 3, 2010. He was 2 days late, 20 1/2 inches long and 7 lbs. 14 oz. Then Surprise! About 8 weeks later I found out I was pregnant, YET AGAIN! That same year, on December 14, 2010 I gave birth to our second son, Trevor James Sargeant. He was 10 days early (according to my Doc), 21 inches long and 8 lbs. 2 oz. They are the loves of our lives! I will go into these stories in much more details in later posts...:) I know you cannot wait ;)

Now for this BLOG! I have been wanting to do something like for a long time but things have been SOOO hectic, if you could imagine :) But here it is finally. i know it is crazy, because I am starting this while simultaneously launching my website for my photography business! What am I thinking! ha ha. I am really doing this as a journal-ish type thing. I want to remember these times because as all moms  know, they go by WAYYY too FAST!

Here are some of the things you will be hearing, seeing, doing, etc. on this blog. Reading, commenting, learning about cooking, mommy-ing, gospel, love, sewing, crafts, scrap booking, decorating, photography, our family, random stuff, oh and probably more photography :)

I am so excited about this and even if dont get any readers I know I will still love to do it. Have a great read :)
